By using BisoLobby you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older. BisoLobby is not for minors. We may terminate accounts that violate this rule.
2. Acceptable use
Prohibited: hate speech, harassment, stalking, non-consensual imagery, spam, illegal activity, impersonation, evading bans, or abusing Spark/rooms. Room hosts and moderators may remove participants for violations.
3. Community & safety
Use in-app Report and Block tools. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts. Apple EULA applies to App Store distribution.
4. Sparks & matches
Spark proposals require mutual acceptance. Daily limits apply to prevent spam. Matches may be withdrawn before acceptance or unmatched afterward via in-app controls.
5. Voice & rooms
Live rooms are ephemeral. Do not record others without consent. Capacity limits and host controls apply.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for user-generated content or offline meetings between users.
